BackStageIQ by Blue Blip Tech LLC (www.bluebliptech.com) generates music-artist development dossiers from publicly available information. Dossiers are informational and provided "as is", with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or any particular outcome.

2. AI-generated content

Dossiers are produced by automated AI systems analyzing publicly available data. Output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and may include AI errors or "hallucinations". Nothing in a dossier is professional, legal, financial, or career advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying or acting on it.

3. Credits and payment

Dossiers are paid for with credits, purchased as one-time packs. A credit is consumed when a full dossier is generated.

4. No refunds

All sales are final. Credit purchases are non-refundable, and credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Because each dossier consumes compute and third-party services at the moment it is generated, we do not provide refunds for purchased or used credits.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use BackStageIQ lawfully, not to misrepresent generated content as independently verified fact, and not to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BackStageIQ is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on any dossier.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
